Inside our quality control checklist

The checklist is boring on purpose: measurements against spec, stitching or seam inspection depending on the category, packaging integrity, and a functional check for anything with moving parts or fasteners. Boring means repeatable.

We inspect a statistically meaningful sample from every batch, not just the first units off the line — problems often show up midway through a production run, not at the start.

When something fails, it doesn't just get flagged on that batch. It goes into the supplier's scorecard, and repeated failures on the same defect type change how much of our catalog we're willing to place with that factory going forward.
